Job summary

Topgolf Vineyard is hiring a part-time Food & Drink Runner to deliver food and beverages, greet Players with friendly energy, and support a fast-paced game-day environment. You will help maintain clean service areas, restock stations, and assist on the tee line while upholding Topgolf safety and sanitation standards.

Training and tips are available in a fun, team-oriented setting. Experience in hospitality helps, but a positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction are what we value most

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and upbeat energy to greet players and keep the experience friendly.
• Team-oriented mindset to support a fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic venue with shifting tasks.
• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring guest needs are met.
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages and keep service areas stocked.
• Bus bays and tables, fold napkins to Topgolf standards, and keep areas clean.
• Restock stations, assist on the tee line, and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
