Job summary

Walmart’s Neighborhood Market in Homestead, FL is hiring food and consumable associates. You’ll focus on helping customers and creating seasonal displays, moving merchandise to the floor, and keeping displays fresh.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
