Job summary

Walmart Neighborhood Market #5014 in Greensboro, NC is seeking Food and Consumable associates focused on serving customers and merchandising. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and assemble seasonal displays to meet shopper needs.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage from $17 to $30, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional premium pay in certain circumstances. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Basic math and POS experience helpful.

• Assist customers and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
