Walmart in Concord, NC is seeking Food and Consumable associates to help customers and merchandise displays. You will move stock to the floor and create seasonal display features to meet shopper needs.

This role is based at 3905 Concord Pkwy S, Concord, NC 28027, US, with a focus on customer service and merchandising excellence. The position offers full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for performance-based incentives.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
