Job summary

Walmart in Sarasota, FL is seeking Food and Consumable associates to move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

This full-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $20 to $33 plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement plans, paid time off, discounts, and education programs.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing, with opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized retailer.

Responsibilities

• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and assist in merchandising.
• Create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers and maintain clean, organized departments.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
