Job summary

Walmart in Eagan (Wal-Mart #1786) is hiring for a Full-Time Food and Consumable Associate. This role focuses on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising, moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and creating seasonal display features to meet shopper needs.

Employees contribute to a safe, well-presented store environment and participate in merchandising plans, price changes, and shelf replenishment while delivering friendly service and a positive shopping experience.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
