Walmart in Friendswood, TX is seeking Food and Consumable associates to move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and craft seasonal display features that meet customer needs while delivering friendly service.

The full-time role offers an hourly wage of $19 to $32, along with performance incentives and a broad benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), leave programs, and education support through Live Better U.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
