Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required (where applicable).
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for leadership roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring and evaluating performance.
• Drive store profitability by monitoring PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to Walmart OBW service model.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align plans, goals and progress across departments.
