Job summary

Walmart is seeking Food and Consumable associates at Walmart Supercenter #1826 in Visalia, CA. This part-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while merchandising and moving products to the sales floor.

You will contribute to seasonal displays to meet customer needs and support store operations. The position offers a variety of shifts (Mid-Shift, Closing) with comprehensive benefits and an incentive program based on performance.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes: Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
