Walmart Supercenter in Plano, TX is hiring for Food and Consumable associates. This role focuses on serving customers, merchandising, and moving stock to the floor.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $14.50 and $27.50, plus incentives and a broad benefits package, including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and educational programs. Shifts include Opening and Morning, with full-time employment.

Additional Compensation

Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
