Walmart’s Neighborhood Market in Pea Ridge, AR is hiring Food and Consumable associates for part-time openings with opening and morning shifts. The role centers on moving merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs, while delivering friendly service to customers.

The position offers a wage of $14 to $27 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
