Walmart Supercenter #394 in MOULTON, AL is looking for Food and Consumable associates who prioritize helping customers and creative merchandising. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and assemble seasonal display features to meet shopper needs.

This part-time role offers a pay range of $14 to $27 per hour, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
