Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate equal or exceed required minimum wage)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
