Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Marietta, OH is hiring for Food and Consumable associates on a part-time basis. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, moving merchandise to the sales floor, and creating seasonal displays.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14 to $27 with additional performance incentives and various premiums based on schedule, facility, season or tasks. Shifts include mid-shift and closing.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
