Job summary

Walmart located at Wal-Mart #2582, Route 513 and I-78, Clinton, NJ 08809, is seeking full-time Food and Consumable associates to ensure customer satisfaction through merchandising and assistance on the sales floor.

The job offers an hourly pay rate to meet or exceed the local minimum wage, plus additional compensation incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), life insurance and PTO, plus the Live Better U education program for eligible employees.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
