Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver excellent customer service in our Fresh departments. You will share product knowledge, assist customers, and maintain appealing displays while rotating stock and following safety standards.

Join our team to help create a welcoming store experience, work across multiple departments, and stay active in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery sections.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
