Meijer Inc. is seeking a Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience in our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers, share product knowledge, and help customers find what they need while maintaining appealing displays.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient use of store technology. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required, and physical tasks are part of the job.

Responsabilités

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
