Meijer Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver a friendly, knowledgeable shopping experience in our Fresh departments, helping customers find what they need and ensuring products are fresh and well displayed.

You will build connections with customers and teammates, maintain appealing displays, stock and rotate items, use store technology to complete tasks, and uphold food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to stay organized with attention to detail.
• Comfort with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.

You’ll:
