The role emphasizes delivering consistent, high-quality products within speed standards and teamwork with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Good grooming and presentable appearance required.
• Effective guest and team communication is essential.
• Must be able to stand for full shifts (8 hours).
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds as part of duties.
• Capable of repetitive hand/finger motions during service.
