Job summary

Keizer Little League Park is hiring a part-time Food & Beverage Team Member to support concessions and events, assisting with service, taking orders, handling cash, and ensuring a clean, friendly guest experience.

You will operate our POS system, help with food prep, and work weekend shifts as part of a championship team dedicated to service, teamwork, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Willingness to follow directions.
• Friendly customer service demeanor.
• Ability to communicate positively with patrons.
• One year of customer service preferred.
• Prior experience in food and beverage is a plus.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Team Members is responsible for assisting with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent food and beverage products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
• Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
• Ability to accurately complete sales transactions using cash register/POS System
• Assist with food prep and cooking
• Keep all food service areas clean and neat
• Balance cash drawer at end of shiftOther various duties as assigned by your manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work weekends
• Willingness to follow directions
• Friendly customer service demeanor
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Must be 16 years of age or older

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• May be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Facility has intermittent noise
