Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food deliveries, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Follow all food safety requirements.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products.
• Work with vendors to maintain sales floor merchandise displays.
• Locating and processing damaged or expired items.
