Job summary

Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Shuckers, delivering exceptional service and a seamless restaurant experience. You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory, uphold health and safety standards, and partner with outlets leadership to Turn Moments into Memories.

The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant/bar, supervisory experience, and Washington state certifications; a passion for hospitality and guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant/bar experience required or preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset.
• Must possess valid Washington State Alcohol MAST Permit (Class 13).
• Must possess a valid Washington Food Worker Card.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
• Adhere to Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards and health regulations.
• Turn moments into memories for guests and elevate guest experiences.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and shift coverage as needed.
• Address guest recoveries following standard procedures.

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Olympic Hotel. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performance
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards
• Strive to create a memorable experience and “Turn Moments into Memories” for guests
• Participate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge Development
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
• Shift-Coverage of colleagues as needed
• Ability to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleagues
• Ensure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met
• Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleagues
• Resolve service & product guest recoveries following standard procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE. Administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation
