Qualifikationen

• Previous hotel, fine dining, upscale restaurant, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer service excellence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed while resolving guest concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

About the Role

The F&B Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, bar, and Starbucks, with a focus on opening and start-of-day operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience. The supervisor will coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Physical Requirements
