Job Description:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor maintains a thorough knowledge of all venues, products, and services to support management in each concept within the Hotel Swexan. This individual will keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends, etc. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will report to the General Manager of Outlets.
