Job summary

Marriott Vacations is seeking a Food & Beverage Runner in Hawaii to deliver orders to guest tables and assist in providing memorable dining experiences for Owners and guests.

You will support guest needs, maintain dining room standards, and participate in team goals while following company policies. The position is aligned with weekend/holiday shifts and on-site work in a casual, hourly role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver completed food orders to guest tables and/or bar.
• Verifies guest satisfaction and inquires if there are any additional needs initially.
• Collects any unneeded service ware from guest tables.
• Addresses any guest needs.
• Replenishes utensils, napkins, condiments, and other guest or dining room needs.
• Assists in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards.

As a Food & Beverage Runner , a typical day will include:

• D eliver completed food orders to guest tables and/or bar .
• Verifies guest satisfaction and inquires if there are any additional needs initially .
• Collects any unneeded service ware from guest tables.
• Addresses any guest needs.
• Replenishes utensils, napkins, condiments , and other guest or dining room needs.
• Assists in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Food & Beverage Runner at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
