Job summary

Air Force Global Strike Command seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee operations across Community Services facilities on Ellsworth AFB, SD. You will supervise staff, recruit, onboard, train, and schedule, while ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include menu execution, portion control, recipe consistency, offsite catering, procurement, and strict adherence to food safety and public health standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising food and beverage operations.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health inspection standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS configurations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily food and beverage operations across multiple facilities including Dakota's Lounge and Bistro 28.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff training, scheduling, performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee menu execution, portion control, recipe consistency and procurement for events and catering.
• Manage inventory cycles, cost cards, and daily operational/financial reporting.
