Wawa Inc. in Sellersburg, IN is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations, delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience alongside the General Manager and Assistant GM.

You’ll own F&B programs, drive sales, train Customer Service Associates, assist with hiring and scheduling, supervise inventory and equipment, and ensure health and safety standards so every guest enjoys consistent quality.

As our Food & Beverage Manager (FBM), you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consistently. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience - every single day.

Pay and Hours:

The hourly range for this position is $22.70 - $30.60 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position are eligible for monthly bonus incentives.
