Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations at a premier Miami Beach resort. You will oversee budgets, drive guest satisfaction, and shape menus while managing a team in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3+ years of hotel/resort F&B leadership, strong communication, and a track record of cost control. Weekend and holiday availability is expected in this high-end property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Overview

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
