Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island offers a Front of House internship for college students seeking hands-on experience in high-end restaurant service. Interns rotate through Coast, Links, Quarterdeck, and Fraser's Tavern, learning guest-facing roles across signature dining venues.

Participants will develop hospitality skills, learn reservation and POS systems, and understand fine dining standards, beverage service, and teamwork, under FOH supervisors and restaurant managers.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student (hospitality or related field).
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS or reservation systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through guest-facing front-of-house roles across Coast, Links, Quarterdeck and Fraser's Tavern.
• Develop hospitality, service and beverage knowledge.
• Learn and operate reservation and point-of-sale systems while upholding fine-dining standards.

Program Overview

Program Details

• Duration: 14 weeks
