Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to support guests with a friendly, high-energy service approach in our Pasadena store. You will greet guests, help them locate products, and ensure items are fresh, in stock, properly signed, and accurately priced.

You’ll work with a dynamic team to deliver excellent guest experiences across all hours of operation. Ideal candidates bring 18+ years old, some food or grocery experience, and a willingness to learn Target standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Food or grocery experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and equipment
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting with needs
• Greet guests and provide helpful interactions at various distances
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End transactions with a sincere thank you to each guest
• Support teammates and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Deliver on food & beverage standards and maintain merchandising
• Operate store processes including replenishment, signing, and organizing merchandise
• Follow food safety requirements and use equipment safely
