Job summary

Target in Edina, MN is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring products are fresh, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. This role supports food safety, replenishment, and merchandising tasks to maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will follow Target’s food safety standards and collaborate with vendors and team members to keep displays organized and guest-focused throughout all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times.
• Willingness to learn and help guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing guest needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards.
• Execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, pricing and signing, and inventory control.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Assist with back-room organization and display setup to keep merchandise accessible for guests.
