Arcis Golf at Broad Bay Country Club in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an experienced F&B leader to oversee staff development, financial targets, and guest services. The role focuses on coordinating with all departments to elevate dining experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, development and retention of F&B staff.
• Ensure financial targets and proper accounting procedures are followed.
• Manage F&B operations and ensure excellent guest service.
• Address guest and member requests with decisive action.
• Develop short and long-term operational and financial plans for F&B to improve quality and results.
• Coordinate effectively with all departments.
• Ensure compliance with Core Beverage Program and related standards.

On The Job

• Responsible for selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff
• Ensure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are followed
• Oversee food and beverage operation, providing excellent guest service
• Review guest and member requests and concerns to determine a plan of action
• Create and execute short and long term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department to improve quality and financial results
• Communicate and collaborate effectively between all departments
• Ensure compliance with national programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, and Beverage Cartender program

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or Chef leadership role
