Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Food & Beverage Category Coordinator to support the Category Management team with assortment strategies, reporting, vendor communications, and successful category initiatives. You will help manage SKUs, calendars, launches, and promotions while analyzing data to drive decisions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–3 years of analytics, planning, theater management/operations, or category management experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail math and inventory metrics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Relex or similar planogram software experience preferred but not required.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; comfortable with large datasets.
• Analytical, proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support assortment management activities for assigned product categories.
• Coordinate item setup, maintenance, and SKU lifecycle across systems.
• Maintain category calendars and track launches, tests, resets, and promotions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate vendor meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support product launches, pricing analysis, planogram execution, and ad hoc projects.
