Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier entertainment venue, is seeking a part-time F&B Attendant/Runner. You will take and fulfill guest orders, liaise with lane servers and kitchen staff, and keep the center clean while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Applicants must be at least 18 and are expected to learn menus, promotions, and weekly specials, ring sales accurately, and support responsible alcohol service in a dynamic environment. Weekend/evening shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated guest service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to promote responsible alcohol service per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food and beverage orders.
• Collaborate with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Learn menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage items.
• Help keep the center clean and safe for guests.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and comply with local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders


• Work with lane servers and kitchen staffto ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly


• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specialsand relay them to our guests


• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage


• Help keep the center clean


• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)


• Proven success in school/previous job experience


• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

The pay range for this position is $15.92 to $17.00 / hour
