Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Reading, PA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner to deliver food and beverage orders and assist lane servers while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ringing sales accurately, promoting menu specials, and maintaining a clean guest-facing area; must be 18+ and able to work evenings and weekends in a lively entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment venue.
• Night and weekend availability required.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests' food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staffto ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specialsand relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
