Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Peoria, AZ is seeking a part-time F&B Attendant/Runner to take and fulfill food and drink orders, assist lane servers, and help keep the center clean while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Applicants must be 18 or older; you will learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials, ring sales accurately, and promote responsible alcohol service in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
