Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner to deliver food and drinks, assist lane servers and kitchen staff, and ensure a top-notch guest experience at one location in Michigan. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to engage in a dynamic entertainment environment.

This role includes promoting responsible alcohol service, learning menu promos, and ringing sales accurately while helping keep the center clean and inviting for guests during evening and night

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent in restaurant/hospitality (optional).
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Coordinate with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay to guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and comply with local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
