Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant/Runner to join our Missouri centers. You will take and fulfill food and drink orders, liaise with lane servers, and help maintain guest satisfaction.

The role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts. You should have a HS diploma or equivalent and prior restaurant/hospitality experience; you will learn our menu, promotions, and ensure accurate sales. Perks include free bowling and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour.
