Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Grapevine, Texas is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member for our Food and Beverage department. You will provide exceptional customer service and support daily operations in a lively entertainment venue.

Responsibilities include operating POS, preparing food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety. A high school diploma or GED is required; 21+ is required for alcohol service. Night and weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years experience in hospitality/retail preferred.
• Experience in bowling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS register for food, drinks, and arcade payments.
• Prepares food and beverages per company standards.
• Keeps dining and arcade areas clean and organized.
• Resets and buses food court seating; handles inventory.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Responds to customer requests with a friendly attitude.
