Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver in Republic, PA to support daily warehouse operations and food deliveries to pantries and agencies. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and maintaining inventory, as well as driving routes, completing pre-trip inspections, and keeping vehicles and equipment in good working order.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and a DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• DOT physical compliance as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, weigh, sort, and package inventory in the Food Bank warehouse.
• Assist with picking, packing, and delivering to pantries and distribution centers.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and other equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory using the product scanner and FIFO system.
• Complete vehicle logs, conduct pre-trip inspections, and ensure vehicle readiness.
