Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in food applications, ingredient functionality, and product formulation preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in a technical, client-facing environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of food chemistry, organic chemistry, and ingredient functionality is essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, LIMS, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and application support through customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop application solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
• Support trade shows, technical seminars, and customer visits to promote ingredients and capabilities.
• Develop and optimize formulations using GPC ingredients to meet customer needs and drive commercialization.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights for customers.
• Prepare technical literature, application guides, and reports to support sales and customer education.
