Job summary

Woodland Springs Behavioral Health is seeking a Food and Nutritional Services Worker to support patient meals and dining services in our hospital setting.

Responsibilities include food preparation, tray delivery, sanitation, and maintaining clean service areas while providing compassionate care to patients and guests. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior food service and hospital experience considered an asset.

• Previous experience in food service, hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas.
• Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services.
• Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures.
• Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery and catering special events.
• Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

How You'll Contribute

A Food and Nutritional Services Worker who excels in this role:

Woodland Springs in Conroe, Tx, is a behavioral health hospital providing inpatient and outpatient programs for mental health and addiction. We treat adults and seniors.

Our treatment programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, outpatient Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and ECT therapy.
