Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist the Food and Nutrition team in preparing and serving meals to residents and patients in a long-term care setting.

You will support the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook, help maintain a compassionate, high-quality dining experience, and contribute to a caring environment across shifts. This is a full-time role with benefits including PTO, 401K, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or caregiving is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
