Job summary

Bally's is seeking an on-site Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee team members in various outlets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role includes delegating duties, providing feedback, and coordinating with Culinary, Warehouse and Accounting teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in F&B, excellent verbal and written communication, and knowledge of sanitation and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous food and beverage experience required, preferably in hospitality, restaurants or gaming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Must have knowledge of kitchen/restaurant sanitation, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Understand and adhere to all liquor control laws and regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food and alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and motivating employees by providing ongoing feedback, based on established parameters set forth by the company.
• Assists with scheduling the operations to ensure efficiency and that the best possible service is provided to guests.
• Adheres to controls to ensure compliance to department procedures; recommends changes in procedures to management, to ensure maximum service, efficiency and security of company funds.
• Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
• Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
• Follows up to ensure matters are resolved quickly and appropriately.
• Works closely with the Culinary, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
• Regular attendance required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
