As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
2. Serve food and beverages, including delivering and clearing items as needed
3. Ensure the station is properly set up and clean throughout shifts
4. Greet Guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
5. Retrieve orders from the kitchen, verify their accuracy, and deliver them to Guests
6. Navigate stairs frequently to deliver food and beverages to Guests, ensuring efficient and timely service to Guests
7. Adhere to sanitation standards and procedures, addressing or reporting any concerns as necessary
8. Take on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

1. Must be at least 16 years old
2. Valid Food Handler Certification required
3. Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal or written)
4. Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
5. Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods (6 to 9 hours)
6. Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
8. Reliable transportation required
9. Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
10. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
