Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for Kokopelli Golf Club in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on guest interaction, promoting F&B facilities, and ensuring high-quality service across outlets and events.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain standards, manage inventory, and support the club’s member experience. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in banquet or F&B supervision, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn restaurant and bar operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years banquet and/or F&B supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests, promoting food & beverage facilities, products, and services.
• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
• Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
• Coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of food.
• Maintains food quality and service standards for location.
• Maintains accurate inventory and appropriate supply levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of food & beverage work areas and facilities.
• Supervises event set up and break down procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location.
• Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions and communicates expectations to banquet staff.
• Provide direct service to guests as needed, including serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier duties.
• Supervises banquet staff; ensures quality service is provided to guests.
• Support all activities within the club to ensure exceptional member experience.
• Oversees F&B outlets during service.
• Controls food & beverage costs including payroll, equipment, supplies, and products.
