Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, menus, and other necessary tools.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification.
  • Maintain stock levels of goods for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.

Join the energetic Food & Beverage team at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Flipside as a Food and Beverage Attendant! This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals with a positive, rock-star attitude and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

You'll be the face of Flipside, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and accurately processing payments in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A crucial part of this role involves upholding strict alcohol service standards, including checking IDs to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
