Staffmark Group in Blue Ash, OH is hiring a Folder Gluer Operator to run folder machines, perform setups, and help meet daily production goals. The role requires 3–5 years of experience operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment and the ability to fold 65# to 120# paper using a hot-melt glue unit.

You'll work a 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM shift with weekly pay, solid benefits, and safe, steady hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade training helpful.
• 3–5 years experience operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment.
• Ability to fold in many configurations using a hot-melt glue unit.
• Ability to fold paper from 65# cover to 120# cover.
• Quality-focused with an eye for detail.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work long shifts.
• Safety-conscious and a strong team member.

Responsibilities

• Power up, set up, and run folder machines during your shift.
• Troubleshoot problems as they pop up.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Keep accurate and complete daily records for data collection.
• Stay safe and keep production goals on target.
