Job summary

Warwick Publishing, a long-established family-owned company in St. Charles, IL, is seeking an experienced Folder/Gluer Machine Operator to join our folding/gluing team. You will set up and operate the folder/gluer, ensure on-time production, and help keep the plant clean and organized.

This full-time, first-shift role supports 40 hours per week and reports to the department lead. This position offers full benefits and a path to stability within a 100-year-old company, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Prior experience in folding/gluing machine operation (must be able to operate and troubleshoot).
• Strong attention to written details and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on the factory floor.

Job description

Warwick Publishing ( St. Charles, IL ) is looking for an experience Folder/Gluer Machine Operator. This person will report to the department lead and is responsible for running order to meet ship dates and running products for stock in our warehouse.

This individual will be responsible for the setup and operation of the machine, as well as keeping the machine and area clean. This position’s responsibilities are shared between other members of the folding/gluing team.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate folder/gluer machines
• Monitor product at their stage of production for defects or other quality issues
