Contact Government Services, LLC seeks an experienced FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to lead the SecureRelease initiative within the Information Technology department. You will partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to translate strategy into actionable requirements and ensure timely product development and launch.

The role demands strong product management, cross-functional leadership, and policy-aware analysis of market needs, ROI, and differentiation against competitors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and ROI from a build vs. buy perspective.
• Assess current competitor offerings and opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyze product requirements and develop programs to achieve goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across departments.
• Drive product research, market research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Translate strategy into detailed engineering requirements for prototypes and final product development.
• Create product strategy documents describing business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for marketing communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales on development, QA, and release planning.
• Develop product positioning and messaging distinguishing CGS features across market segments.
• Manage and deliver Release Notes and schedule walkthroughs.
• Coordinate client notifications and product deployments.
• Manage the feature requests queue and priorities.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Drive the execution of the SecureRelease product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Deloitte and its features across primary market segments
• Manage and deliver Release Notes
• Schedule walkthroughs
• Manage client notifications
• Schedule product deployment
• Manage the feature requests queue and priorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Ideally, you will also have:

• Master's degree in product design or engineering
• Previous software and web development experience
• Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
